Rob’s tailoring roots reach back to his grandfather, a master tailor from Sweden. After years of working with heavy nylon and canvas, Rob moved into marine industrial sewing and brought The Salty Tailor to Sarasota in 2020. Today, the shop focuses on custom work for boat owners who want a better fit, stronger materials and a result that feels personal rather than generic.
